The Skills Bank can be a powerful tool allowing you to promote your skills, talents and abilities to others who are interested in using those skills, talents and abilities.  

This is where Over60Exchange Members can help each other. By telling people about the Skills Bank, you are helping your fellow member find someone (business, company, organization) who is willing to compensate them for the skill, talents or ability they have listed.

This where you can promote yourself for income generation. You can get paid by the hour, day, week, month, job, piece, etc. You negotiate what you can or will do along with the compensation with the person buying.

Use the SEARCH function to find people with skills, talents and/or abilities. Don't worry if there is no match at first. Over time, there will be tens and hundreds of thousands of people from around the world that will be in the Skills Data Bank.

Be sure you list your top skills, talents and abilites that you know best and have the most experience in applying. Keep your list to no more than 2-3 skills, talents or abilities at first. You can always change or add more later by going to your profile and clicking on "My Skills"
