Just obtained my Florida Real Estate License. With the economy going up or down (unpredictable), I figured people still will be selling and buying homes. I might as well get some additional income because I am going to need it based on poor investment opportunities, inflation and things I still want to do. It's never too late to learn!

Seniors are eligible for a ton of benefits that are not advertised but only need to be asked for to get them.

Every time I go to Dunkin Donuts I ask for my "Young Person's Discount" (Senior Discount). This discount is 10% on everything except during the times when they offer their 50% discount Happy Hour. Just ask!!

I for one, at age 66, am still working and I plan on keeping my hand in the active game for many years. Recently I passed a 5-week real estate licensing preparation course here in Florida and with any amount of luck, I will have my Florida Sales Associate License in a few weeks. This is another arrow in my quiver for earning money. WHAT ARE YOU DOING TO STAY IN THE MONEY EARNING GAME? Please share

As we grow older so do our friends. What has disturbed me the most over the years is losing touch with old friends only to find out that they passed away or are suffering a severe illness. In other cases, I have renewed friendships only after finding out that they were living within an hour of me and I did not know it. We missed many years of socializing and enjoying each others company. WHAT HAVE YOU EXPERIENCED?

Several years ago, my wife, my 85 year old mom and I all decided to consolidate our households into one. We had many questions about doing this, especially the question of could we all get along when under one roof. It has been over 2-years since that move. I am very happy to report that we not only getting along great but our lives together have become much more fulfilling. Further, we have been able to reduce our home expenses by about 30% over what we were paying for two separate homes. And, we did this with a bigger house and more yard space. WHAT HAVE OTHERS EXPERIENCED IN CONSOLIDATING HOUSEHOLDS? Please share.

I am planning a trip to Boulder, Colorado and want to know what are the best things to see while there. I have heard about the Wings Over the Rockies Museum and the Rocky Mountain National Park. Has anyone visited these two attractions? What about others? Please let me know.

Incredibly, I am finding that many seniors still do not understand preventative health care that involves eating right and getting the right nutrition. In addition, I am age 66 and I am very conscious of Homeopathic medicines versus man made pharmaceuticals. There are no side affects. What do others think about this?

I am almost age 66 and I feel very healthy. My goal is to stay working for as long as possible and I would like to do this using my skills and experiences from my career. As a senior does anyone know of a service just for seniors where I can enter in those things I would like to do so that others can see it who may want to hire me?
